PCOMMS

PCOMMS stands for Primary Communications. PCOMMS in openSEA parlance refers generally to the traditional communications from a topside operator interface to the subsea system. Roughly, it is the generic communications between the vehicle components (devices, navigation, and control) and topside components (operator interfaces).
