Defender FrameThe Mission Specialist frame provides the structure to combine the modular components and accessory payload. The modular concept allows the Mission Specialist frame to be optimized for the specific tasks for which the vehicle is designed. Each vehicle frame can be optimized for specific applications.
The Defender Frame is a 4 vectored horizontal thrusters x 3 vertical thrusters. It uses two vertical thrusters in the front and one in the rear. It is designed to carry a complement of accessories including sonar, manipulator and DVL. Other accessories would require a payload mounting platform configured for each accessory.
