Horizontal Thruster Bearing Removal Overview

Skill level recommended: Intermediate

Total time required: Approximately 11 Minutes (22 Minutes for both sides)

Tools required:

• 7/16 Inch Open End or Socket Wrench
• Strap Wrench or Rubber Coated Pipe Pliers
• Wooden Dowel Rod 3/8" x 12"

The following components must be removed:

• Horizontal Thruster Propeller Kit (Left and Right)
• Horizontal Thruster Cartridge Seal
• Horizontal Thruster Nozzle Kit
• Horizontal Thruster Cone Assembly
• Horizontal Thruster Bearing
