Hand controller consists of switches, analog knobs, an interface board and cables. Problems include complete or partial loss of function, and incorrect response.

If not, repair or replace the controller. If it does work, suspect an interface or application problem. |

Isolate the problem and repair or replace the controller, or change the signal map to allow the function to be used. |
Improper function |
Verify it is being held correctly. |
Hold the controller correctly. |
