When in Sonar control mode, the Sonar's Range and Gain can be controlled as follows using the A/B - X/Y button group:

• The A button decreases the sonar range.
• The Y button increases the sonar range.
• The X button decreases the sonar gain.
• The B button increases the sonar gain.

The left and right shoulder buttons are not used in Sonar control mode.

The basic joystick motion controls and D-Pad functions are the same in all modes.
