Glib

LCM [1] depends on Glib. There is a tutorial on the site for compiling it:

Extract the files to C:\msvc2010-libs\gtk-3.6.4

Set the environmental variable GLIB_PATH to C:\msvc2010-libs\gtk-3.6.4. This will be necessary to compile LCM [1].
