ECEF [1] stands for Earth Centered Earth Fixed. It is a common frame of reference used by openSEA in both openINS and openCMD applications. A transform configuration provides the relationship of each sensor to the vehicle frame and openINS transforms the vehicle frame to ECEF [1].
