It depends on what device is currently showing in the Windows device manager in order to before selecting the correct driver from VideoRay's website: https://download.videoray.com/documentation/library/html/software_pro_4_2.html.
You’ll need to connect and power on the Pro 4 panel to the computer via the USB cable then open the sound, video, and game controllers tab on the Windows device manager to confirm if the device is either a DVD Maker, USB 2861 or USB 28262 video capture device: https://download.videoray.com/documentation/pro_4_mnt_n/html/mnt_diag_video.html.
The video capture device install package will need to detect the device, which means the control panel needs to be on and the USB cable connected, in order to have install properly.
If the device is USB 2861 then this driver will work: DVD Maker Rev A. Do the custom install when prompted, as driver is all that’s needed.
If the device is USB 28262 then this driver and firmware are needed: DVD Make Rev D River and DVD Make Rev D Firmware.
