Pro 4 vs Mission Specialist Use

• For Mission Specialist Systems, VideoRay default Beacon IDs are 1 for the X150 USBL Topside Beacon and 2 for the X010 USBL ROV Beacon.

• The VideoRay Pro 4 requires that the Blueprint Subsea's SeaTrac PinPoint software be used. VideoRay Mission Specialist systems can use either the Greensea Workspace software, or PinPoint. When using Greensea Workspace, the mission is recorded in a coordinated set of files that can be played back synchronously. When using Pinpoint, the video and tracking recordings are independent and not synchronized. When using PinPoint on a Mission Specialist system, the PinPoint software must be run on a a Windows computer. An Ubuntu version of PinPoint is planned.
