Horizontal Thruster Bearing Replacement Overview

Skill level recommended: Intermediate

Total time required: Approximately 10 Minutes (20 Minutes for both sides)

Tools required:

• Strap Wrench or Rubber Coated Pipe Pliers
• O-Ring Lubricator
• Lint-Free Tissue or Rag
• 7/16 Inch Open End or Socket Wrench

The following components must be replaced:

• Horizontal Thruster Bearing
• Horizontal Thruster Cone Assembly
• Horizontal Thruster Nozzle Kit
• Horizontal Thruster Cartridge Seal
• Horizontal Thruster Propeller Kit (Left and Right)
