I joined VideoRay as a Technical Support Representative in July of 2018 and quickly began learning about VideoRay system functions and troubleshooting procedures. Eventually, I was promoted and began handling more complex technical issues along with VideoRay Training. Given that I became more involved in training while gaining technical experience, I also began and continue to deliver system trainings as a VideoRay Instructor. I am now working towards becoming a Mechanical Engineer while working full time and playing musical instruments in my free time.
