Pro 4

The Pro 4 uses the manipulator open button on the hand controller to open the Water Sampler to collect sample and the manipulator close button to close the Water Sampler to expel a sample.

Pro 3

The Pro 3 control panel has a "Gripper" switch to open and close the Water Sampler for the same functions.
